Best Western Plus Oceanfront is proud announce Chef Aden Shook as Food and Beverage Director overseeing Shoreline Grill and our banquet service.
Chef Aden, a Virginia Beach native, is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of the culinary arts in Miami. After graduating in 2008, he returned to Virginia Beach and honed his skills in such notable restaurants as Mahi Mah's, Colbalt Grille, Eurasia, Esoteric and most recently, Chops.
In his spare time, Chef Aden enjoys going to the beach with his wife and 2 dogs, surfing, camping and fishing. Striving to bring fresh, locally grown ingredients to his kitchen, Aden is excited to elevate the Shoreline Grill to its full potential and offer a local experience to all our guests.
